This Privacy Policy applies to the use of immo-asset.ch, electronic communications initiated through the website, the REGISTER INTEREST inquiry form, and the related email correspondence.

When you visit the website, the hosting provider may process technical log data, including:

5. Form, WordPress and email notifications

The website operates using WordPress and Elementor. The REGISTER INTEREST form is handled by the Fluent Forms technical component.

Submitted data may be stored in the website database hosted by Hostpoint. The system also sends an email notification to IMMO-ASSET and an automated confirmation to the email address provided by the applicant.

Hostpoint may process the technical data required to provide its services as a contracted processor. The primary web, database and email infrastructure is operated in Switzerland.

Personal data is disclosed to other service providers, professional advisers or public authorities only where this is necessary to provide the service, required by law, or justified for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Personal data is not sold.

7. International data transfers

IMMO-ASSET’s primary hosting and email infrastructure is located in Switzerland.

If a service provider outside Switzerland is used in the future, personal data will be transferred only where permitted under Swiss data protection law and subject to appropriate safeguards.

During email communication, messages may also pass through the systems of the email provider selected by the recipient.

8. Retention periods

Inquiry data that does not result in a contractual relationship is generally retained for no longer than 12 months from the last substantive communication and is then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required for legal claims, security purposes or a statutory obligation.

Where a contractual relationship is established, data is retained for the duration of the relationship and thereafter in accordance with applicable statutory, accounting, tax and limitation periods.

Technical logs may be retained by the hosting provider according to its operational and security retention policies.
